Q1 Can I use the computer facilities in school?
- Yes. If you do not have access to a computer or internet at home, you may go to school on the 9 and 10 July to use the computer facilities.
- Computer Labs 3 and 4: from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm and 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm. You may approach the staff on duty if you need any help.
- Cybrary will be opened only in the morning from 8.00 am to 12 noon. It would be used for oral exams in the afternoon.
Q2 Why is it I can’t find a subject on the website?
- Not all your subjects may be included for the e-learning days.
- Refer to the given list of subjects for e-learning for your stream. Any further change will be reflected on the website.
Q3 The internet speed is slow. What shall I do?
- For Sec 1s and 2s, you are encouraged to logon from home between 8 am and 3 pm.
- For Sec 3s, 4s and 5s, you are encouraged to logon from home between 2 pm and 9 pm.
Q4 Who can I approach for IT technical advice on e-learning?
- Call the Technical helpline on 9 and 10 July:
- 6554 7187 in the morning (1000 – 1200h)
- 6554 7183 in the afternoon (1300-1500 h).
